MANIFESTO

— Design Attitude of VCDesign —

VCDesign is not a philosophy to optimize deliverables.

It is a Design Attitude
to prevent Judgment and Responsibility
from being severed by Time.

To ensure the system continues to deliver value,
we adhere to the following five attitudes.

1. Static Stability: Guarantee Current Judgment

We do not change the rules during execution.

Judgment must be Closed
as either Affirmation, Negation, or Unknown.

We guarantee the "Completion" of judgment
rather than the "Correctness" of the result.
We do not design judgments that cannot be closed.

2. Dynamic Adaptability: Change for the Future

We do not define an eternal correct answer.

To sustain value,
we observe environmental changes and rewrite rules.

Changing not for optimization,
but for survival,
is a system obligation as a distinct judgment.

3. Spatial Safety: Connect Safely with Others

We do not blur the Boundary of Responsibility.

When chaining judgments,
we confirm that the counterpart is "Closed".

We never connect
to entities where the locus of responsibility is unclear,
or where the boundary is undefined.

4. Emergency Avoidance: Leave Danger Immediately

We do not tolerate the propagation of runaway processes.

When the premise of connection collapses,
we immediately Reverse and withdraw without hesitation.

We incorporate the courage to stop on the spot into the design
rather than allowing contamination to spread.

5. Protocol of Demise: End Gracefully

We do not accept zombified processes.

When value can no longer be maintained,
we acknowledge that the premise for continuing judgment is lost,
and gracefully abandon it.

"Ending" is not a defeat.
It is a normal function for creating new value.
